【 Your role 】
camera is looking for a UX Designer with the ability to dive into solving complex user experience challenges for Alfred Camera and creating user-centered, effective solutions. The ideal candidate will be excited about the opportunity to build a product’s user experience strategy based on user research. Every member of our design team sits somewhere in the spectrum of experience design, having the ability to own a project individually, but also contributing to every part of the whole user experience. Candidates must approach problem-solving in logical ways. They should have a sense of ownership over the work-at-hand, and an aptitude for teamwork and open communication.
【 Your responsibility 】
1. Conduct competitive analysis of other services that operate in the same space.
2. Prepare user research and initiate new project accordingly
3. Participate in creating a product development strategy
4. Coordinate with Product Manager, UI Designer, Developers on user experience improvements
5. Ensure that a user logically flows from one step to the next
6. Conduct usability tests on the product and create a report showcasing your findings

1. Strong design portfolio that shows solid design process and design thinking
2. Ambition to drive positive change and make it happen
3. Great sense of empathy that allows you to make user-centric decisions
4. Strong conceptual and communication skills
5. Ability to present your work in a logical, persuasive, clear way
6. Familiarity with the best practices for UX design, Material Design Guidelines and Human Interface Guidelines
7. Have the mindset of a self-motivated learner
8. Get hands on the best ways to communicate your ideas
9. Proven ability delivering problem-solving designs
10. Experience preparing detailed competitive and consumer analyses
11. At least 2 years of experience in designing software applications for mobile, devices or webpage
【 Nice to have 】
1. Have a working knowledge of UX design, service design or content strategy
2. Understanding of the smart home, IA, IoT field, and the functions of security-related products
3. Have the experience designing cross cultural products
