【 Your role 】
AlfredCamera is looking for a Senior UX Designer with the ability to dive into solving complex user experience challenges for AlfredCamera and creating user-centered, effective solutions.
The ideal candidate will be excited about the opportunity to build a product’s user experience strategy based on user research. As a Senior UX Designer, your tools at AlfredCamera will be critical thinking, empathy (not only for users but also for team members), sense of usability and aesthetic, and understanding of user behavior. Candidates must approach the big picture in logical ways and make every decision based on facts. They should have a sense of leadership over the work and team, and an aptitude for teamwork and open communication.
【 Your responsibility 】
• Stakeholder management - the capability to inspire, persuade and align stakeholders and turn ideas into world-class experiences
• Initiate new user-centered projects based on user research and user data, and lead the iteration accordingly
• Participate in pondering the product strategy, team culture, and product vision
• Assist the user experience design effort for AlfredCamera
• Ensure that a user logically flows from one step to the next and have the best experience on AlfredCamera
【 Ideal candidates have 】
• A sense of ownership - you’re a self-starter, go-getter and a leader who always asks the right and most crucial “why”
• Native mobile experience of Android and iOS is a must
• Ambition to drive positive change and make it happen
• Great sense of empathy that allows you to make user-centric decision
• Get hands on the best ways to communicate your ideas
• At least 5 years of experience in designing software applications for mobile, devices or webpage
【 Nice to have 】
• Have a working knowledge of UX design, service design or content strategy
• Understanding of the smart home, IA, IoT field, and the functions of security-related products
• Have the experience designing cross-cultural products
