역할에 대하여

Digital Marketing Manager는 온라인 채널을 통해 수익성 있는 고객 성장을 주도할 책임이 있습니다.

AmazingTalker가 어떻게 사용자의 교육과 학습을 도와주는지 보여주는 매력적인 캠페인, 리소스 및 경험을 만들어 사용자들에게 다가가고 상호작용하는 방식을 구체화합니다.

디지털 마케팅 전략을 세우고 개선합니다. 또한 새로운 채널을 확장하여 새로운 잠재 고객에게 다가갑니다.

특히, SEO, SEM, Google 디스플레이 광고, 리 타겟팅, 소셜 미디어 마케팅, Facebook의 유료 미디어 캠페인, Twitter 광고 등에 대한 전략을 짜게 됩니다. 데이터를 사용하여 전략을 설정하고 반복할 수 있으며 타겟팅, 광고 카피 제작, 잠재 고객 분류, 입찰 및 방문 페이지 최적화 및 예산 할당을 포함한 여러 전술적인 캠페인 개발에 익숙하며 쉽게 처리할 수 있어야 합니다. 개발 의사 결정을 전략적으로 정당화하기 위해서 고도의 데이터 처리 능력을 갖춰야 합니다.

About the Role

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving profitable customer growth via online channels. You’ll have the opportunity to shape how we reach and interact with our users, creating inspiring and compelling campaigns, resources and experiences that demonstrate how AmazingTalker can help them teaching or learning. You'll set and improve upon our current digital marketing strategies and reach new audiences by expanding into new channels.
 

Specifically, you will own the strategies for SEO, SEM, Google Display Ads, Retargeting, Social Media Marketing, Paid media campaigns on Facebook, Twitter advertising, etc. You are able to use data to set and iterate on strategy and be extremely comfortable with tactical campaign development including targeting and ad copy creation, audience segmentation, bid and landing page optimisations, and budget allocation. You must be highly data-driven and comfortable justifying your decisions quantitatively.
 

The role can be in remote basis. Relocation budget will be provided if you are willing to work in our coolest office in Taiwan.

We're looking for:

• Ability to balance moving fast and depth of analysis. You know what needs to be analysed and what doesn’t.
• You have a good understanding of digital marketing functions and growth levers such as SEO and Paid marketing channels.
• Ability to prioritise and conduct A|B or multivariate testing to

• Great ability to communicate data into relevant insight. You know how to tell a story, with a beginning and a conclusion from the data.

• Good time-management skills, with the ability to multi-task and pivot quickly when required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to deal with ambiguity.
• Junior applicants will be considered.

Must have:

• You are a Korean native having been recently living in South Korea at least for a few years and deeply understand Korean social and business cultures.
• Ability to communicate in English (both verbal and nonverbal).
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin Chinese (both verbal and nonverbal) has huge advantage.
