Product Marketing and Management
1. Define & drive product portfolio & roadmap. Systematically manage product lifecycle and product marketing strategy
2. Plan and organize New Product Launch programs. Defining product unique selling points by translating technical features into benefits, lead testing agencies to develop supporting marketing claims.
3. Be the product knowledge and competence center for assigned categories, training colleagues and customers of our product superiorities.
4. Collaborate with internal colleagues and headquarters to resolve product issues.
5. Assist management with business reporting.
Product testing and legality
1. Oversee test agencies to ensure national approbation requirements are met prior to product launch activities
2. Ensure national efficiency labeling scheme is met
3. Discuss and negotiate with national authorities based on BSH interest
Experience
• Product marketing experience
• Experience in approbation field, able to visualize technical situation when physical presence is not possible
• Able to understand standards requirement and national differences
• Experience in the home appliances industry is a plus
Specific knowledge
• Strong analytic thinking, structured working style, ability to multitask and to balance and prioritize multiple projects
• Interpersonal communication skills, particularly for cross departmental cooperation and communication with HQ
• Presentation skills to sell ideas and win support for the regional development projects
