Minimum 3 years of experience as a product manager.
Proven expertise in developing FinTech products, DeFi protocols, or crypto exchanges.
Successful track record in executing and delivering cross-functional projects with multiple dependencies and constraints.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven, with the ability to adapt to unconventional situations.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams and stakeholders.
