Job summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Executive Assistant to GM to join Botrista. As an Executive Assistant to GM combines the responsibilities of managing investor relations, conducting data analysis, and preparing crucial information for fundraising efforts. The role will play a critical role in building and maintaining investor relationships, assisting with communication initiatives, and contributing to the company's growth and success.

Responsibilities:

  • Investor Relationship Support:
    • Assist in managing relationships with investors, shareholders, and financial analysts.
    • Provide timely and professional responses to investor inquiries and requests.
    • Help organize and participate in investor meetings and presentations.
  • Investor Communication:
    • Collaborate with the Investor Relations team to prepare and distribute financial updates, earnings releases, and investor presentations.
    • Contribute to the creation of investor materials, including annual reports, corporate presentations, and regulatory filings.
    • Ensure accurate and transparent financial reporting and communication.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Liaise with cross-functional teams, especially BD, Marketing, and Product, to align investor communications with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Assist in analyzing financial data, market trends, and industry benchmarks to provide insights and reports for investors and senior management.
    • Help maintain financial models and analytical tools used for performance evaluation.
    • Prepare data-driven reports and presentations for investor meetings.
  • Market Research and Shareholder Engagement:
    • Monitor industry news, competitor activities, and market developments.
    • Support in tracking and reporting on investor sentiment and stock market dynamics.
    • Contribute to efforts aimed at expanding the company's shareholder base.

Requirement

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in finance or accounting related functions.
  • Proficiency in English (both spoken and written) is essential.
  • Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
  • Excellent quantitative modeling (work well with numbers), and presentation skills with acute business sense.
  • Skilled in Excel and PowerPoint (highly important)
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills, ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, international team.
