We are now active in the Thailand market. We are building the team in Thailand and are looking for beginner members who will be a key part of the business and will be expected to be aware of being one of the core members of the Thailand team.

Responsibilities

  • Identify potential clients and the decision-makers within client organizations.

  • Prospect for new clients by networking, cold calling, advertising, or other means of generating interest.

  • Plan persuasive approaches and pitches to convince potential partners and clients to do business with the company.

  • Work with team members to develop proposals that meet the client's needs, concerns, and objectives.

  • Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements, and working through differences to a positive conclusion.

  • Strategic Alignment - Connect with cross-functional teams to create and prioritize strategic target account lists within the defined territory. Identify and generate new business opportunities to fuel up-market growth. Engage in all steps of the Sales Cycle to ensure smooth Pipeline Progression to maximize results

  • Crush your targets - Deliver and exceed strategic goals and committed targets by responding with a quality pipeline.

  • Become a "Master of Martech" - Develop your professional brand and engage with your prospects to build trusted relationships by providing insights tailored to their needs and interests.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a business development or sales role, preferably in the digital marketing, Martech, or SaaS industry.
  • Proven track record of success in sales/business development in a sale target-driven environment, ideally in Martech/SaaS/Digital Marketing.
  • Strong networking, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to build influential relationships and deliver results in a cross-functional environment
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace products or Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and online marketing tools.
