漸強實驗室的產品是建立在通訊平台上產生的廣告數據應用。主要產品是2019年發表的 Messaging Analytics & Automation Cloud（MAAC）， 結合數位廣告（Programmatic Ads）與訊息串接技術（Messaging API），發揮社交通訊軟體最大的商業效益。我們服務超過400間品牌客戶，來自電子商務、零售、媒體、金融等不同產業，包含H&M、GAP、中國信託、Ikea、Skyscanner、樂天市場、黛安芬、東森購物、天下雜誌等國內外知名企業。

We are hiring a business analyst to join our product team. You will help define business problems via in-depth investigation and gathering technical and non-technical information. Once the issue is clearly understood, you will outline detailed requirements for a solution and ensure the delivered solution meets those business requirements.

You will be reporting to the product team lead and work closely with the data team to unlock the data potential. To succeed in this role you should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users.

The Business Analyst (BA) is expected to:

• Evaluating business processes, anticipating business requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
• Identifying issues, risks, and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts.
• Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
• Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
• Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.
• Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
• Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in business analysis or a related field.
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
• Be able to use SQL **to retrieve data for reports, analysis, and giving presentations
• A history of leading and supporting successful projects.
• Native / Bilingual Proficiency in Mandarin
• Working proficiency in English

Preferred Qualification

• Experience in Martech or Software B2B industry
• Experience in SaaS company
