我們正在尋找一位 Enterprise Sales Executive ,你將會貢獻你的業務開發能力,與Sales enablement team以及Customer Sucess team 密切合作以主動開發客戶,需要set up meeting 並與客戶做提案,傳達漸強實驗室的產品價值。你將會面對許多台灣Tier 1 的品牌客戶且必須要對業績負責。 我們期待你是一個積極主動學習,善於溝通以及做事有細節的合作夥伴,同時我們也是一群對產品很有熱誠的團隊,期待你的加入!

這個角色主要銷售的產品為MAAC; 全方位行銷平台 MAAC (Messaging Analytics & Automation Cloud) 是一套 Social CRM以及Customer Engagement SaaS 軟體,旨在幫助客戶透過我們的行銷工具,能更好地與消費者在LINE官方帳號內溝通傳遞價值。

Responsibilities

• New Business Development - Through C-Level engagement and consultative, customer centric selling approach, you will qualify opportunities by exploring to understand complex customer challenges and business pains while educating prospects on the value of Crescendo Lab's solutions.
• Strategic Alignment - Connect with cross-functional teams to create and prioritise strategic target account lists within defined territory. Identify and generate new business opportunities to fuel up-market growth. Lead demand generation and campaigns from conception, planning, execution, and launch.
• Engage in all steps of the Sales Cycle to ensure smooth Pipeline Progression to maximize results
• Crush your targets - Deliver and exceed strategic goals and committed targets by responding with a quality pipeline.
• Become a "Master of Martech" - Develop your professional brand and engage with your prospects to build trusted relationships by providing insights tailored to their specific needs and interests.

條件要求

• Proven track record of success in sales/business development in a target-driven environment, for CAAC product ideally in chatbot, multi-channel customer service software, multi-channel online selling software, marketing automation, and similar SaaS domain; for MAAC product ideally in Martech/CRM/CDP/Marketing Automation and similar SaaS domain. • Good understanding of martech, adtech, and how the ecosystem works.

• Strong prospecting skills and ability to develop business in new and existing accounts
• Effective communication skills with the ability to build influential relationships and deliver results in a cross-functional environment
• Collaborating with Marketing and sales on lead quality and conversion
• Fluency (written and spoken) in English

• Experience in working with enterprises and closing complex deals
• Technology basic knowledge is a big plus

薪資範圍

NT$ 700,000 - 1,200,000 (年薪)
