We are looking for experienced, highly motivated & results orientated project manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is a professional who understands what it takes to coordinate a multi-faceted, complex project and who has the drive to make things happen. The right person is not only a project manager, but has the soft skills to help busy stakeholders willingly meet all their deadlines. You will work in a cross-functional team, and in this role, you are the glue that holds things together and will be on point to ensure success.
1. Understand client's requirement, perform requirement analysis or user research
2. Conduct proposal including technical requirement, chat UX mockup, milestone and budget
3. Collaboration and communicate with stakeholders & project members at all times throughout the project life cycle
4. Track and measure project metric / performance to create showcase and improve on future process
5. Commercialize project components into scalable product modules to support the company's growth and innovation
1. Basic software or technical knowledge is a must (e.g. familiar with API documentation)
2. Ability to identify client's requirements and business objective
3. Ability to conduct a proposal or case study to communicate with both external clients and internal teams
4. Ability to identify constraints, prioritize tasks and work through problems
5. Be proactive, responsible, goal-oriented and a strong desire for clarity & knowledge
Bonus:
1. Basic industry knowledge of software solution or marketing technology
2. Experience in B2B sales, product management or customer success
3. Experience in product UI design or user experience research
