工作內容

As a Merchants Community Manager on the Crescendo Lab marketing team, you will be responsible for building a pipeline of leads to support a fast-growing SaaS platform deployed in Taiwan and South-east Asia region. Inbound and outbound marketing activities will be used to create product awareness and generate leads to support sales. In this exciting opportunity, you will work closely with the entire sales/BD teams, with the goal of increasing brand-exposure to encourage target audiences to engage with Crescendo Lab for further conversations.

You will be working with many branding companies like Google, Facebook, Line or Shopify and engagement merchants on a daily basis.

Run outbound and inbound campaigns/events across several channels targeting key persona for engagement and lead generation. Channels include:
・ Event promotion – drive engagement at events for sales demos, hosted receptions, webinars, or other engagements with the sales team.
・ Digital media – paid media campaigns across Google, FB, retargeting and Line promoting Top of Funnel Content to create a steady stream of leads.
・ Content creation - Creating compelling content on industry trends, use cases, and tutorial to attract inbound leads.

條件要求

・Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or other related field plus a minimum of 2 years’ related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
・Prior experience in a running a online of offline community or meetups.
・Detail-oriented and self-motivated with ability to own and lead campaigns from start to finish.

薪資範圍

NT$ 40,000 - 80,000 (月薪)
