【Typical Accountability】
1. Plan and execute marketing strategies aligned with business and brand goals
2. Analyze market trends, competitor actions, and audience insights to fine-tune campaigns
3. Design and implement promotional initiatives to grow awareness and conversion
4. Track performance and ROI through data analysis and adjust plans accordingly
5. Manage and grow FunNow’s beauty-related presence on platforms like Instagram, Threads, Facebook, and Xiaohongshu
6. Create engaging content, write copy, and plan campaigns to build community and drive engagement
7. Respond to user feedback, manage community interactions, and iterate on content strategy

【主要職責】
1. 擬定並執行美容類別之整合行銷策略,與品牌目標一致
2. 分析市場趨勢、競品動態與用戶輪廓,優化行銷計畫
3. 設計促案、活動與合作推廣,提高品牌曝光與使用率
4. 整理活動成效報表,善用數據調整策略以提升轉換率與 ROI
5. 經營並優化社群平台內容規劃與互動(Facebook、Instagram、Threads、小紅書等)
6. 撰寫吸引目標族群的文案與貼文,提升參與與互動率
7. 回覆用戶留言與反饋,觀察數據動態並優化社群內容規劃
【Essential Competencies】
1. Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in marketing or digital campaign management
2. Heavy user of Facebook, Instagram, Threads, or other social media platforms
3. Strong copywriting and content planning skills, especially for social channels
4. High awareness of current events, trends, and social conversations
5. Data-driven mindset; ability to interpret campaign metrics and improve ROI
6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills; proactive team player
【必要條件】
1. 具 2 年以上數位行銷、社群經營或相關實務經驗
2. 熟悉各大社群平台操作與使用習慣
3. 具備社群文案撰寫能力與基礎內容規劃邏輯
4. 對流行議題具敏感度,能與時事創造行銷連結
5. 能獨立解決問題、擅於溝通協作與跨部門配合
6. 擅長看懂數據報表並據以調整優化策略
【Desirable Competencies】
1. Familiarity with FunNow's platform, past campaigns, or brand tone
2. Experience producing short-form content (e.g., Reels, TikToks), including appearing on camera
3. Basic design and editing skills (e.g., CapCut, Photoshop, Illustrator)
4. Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT to streamline workflow
5. Curious, creative, and unafraid to try new things on social media
