【Typical Accountability】
1. Research the market and identify potential B2B leads in the service industry
2. Assist with outreach via phone, email, or meetings to understand client needs
3. Support ongoing relationships with merchant partners and help build rapport
4. Participate in company meetings, training sessions, and team discussions
5. Learn business development skills in a real-world SaaS environment
6. Take initiative to contribute ideas and assist with ad hoc projects
7. Complete tasks and assignments from supervisors with diligence and detail

【主要職責】
1. 市場資料蒐集與潛在商家名單整理
2. 協助電話或面訪開發潛在店家,理解客戶需求並提出解方
3. 協助維護既有商家關係,提升合作體驗
4. 積極參與公司培訓、部門會議,深入了解產業與實務運作
5. 學習商業開發與簡報技巧,實踐於實習任務中
6. 協助主管交辦任務,協力推動專案前進

3. Proficient in Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

【Desirable Competencies】
1. Knowledge of local market trends and ability to provide insights to merchants
2. Previous internship, club, or competition experience related to business or marketing
3. Strong English communication skills or language certifications
4. Experience using CRM tools or outreach platforms a plus
5. Ability to commit to a 6–12 month internship, at least 3 full working days per week
6. Own a personal laptop and be ready to learn on the job
