【THE POSITION】AI Management Trainee

As an AI-driven management trainee, you will rotate across departments and participate in real-world projects to help integrate AI tools and automation into business operations. This role is designed to develop future team leads who can contribute to digital transformation and data-informed decision-making.

【WHAT YOU’LL DO】

• AI Application and Workflow Optimization
  • Analyze workflows and identify opportunities for AI or automation enhancements; execute proof-of-concept when applicable
  • Assist in implementing tools such as ChatGPT, Notion AI, n8n, or Cursor.
• Cross-Departmental Rotation
  • Rotate through CEO office, corporate operations , business, operations, marketing, or HR teams to solve real problems using AI solutions
  • Support documentation of improved processes and create internal guides for AI usage
• Data Gathering and Insight Reporting
  • Summarize use cases and results in internal reports
  • Automate routine data tasks or dashboard updates (e.g., Google Sheets + GPT integrations)
• Continuous Learning and Knowledge Sharing
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging AI tools
  • Organize and deliver internal sharing sessions or proposals for new AI applications

【WHAT YOU’LL NEED】

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline (STEM, business, or social science background preferred)
• At least one of the following:- Familiarity with ChatGPT, Notion AI,n8n, or cursor.
• Experience using automation tools like n8n
• Basic Python or SQL is a plus
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Problem-solving and structured thinking
• Curiosity and willingness to self-learn new technologies
