Hello! We’re team Glossika. Our mission is to provide language learning to the world and allow learners to learn any language using their own mother tongue.
Our core development team is based in Taiwan, and we have diverse team backgrounds including members from Russia and the Middle east. We have customers from around the world. We have two products: Glossika and Viva (Glossika is for language learning, and Viva is for content creation).
We’ve got selected as the top 20 Edu tech startups by the Taiwanese government in the year 2020, and also got recommended by American linguist John McWhorter in New York Times in 2021.
We’re looking for our very first customer service representative to provide better and efficient service to our customers worldwide, and there will be a lot of things that you need to build from scratch.
This is a home-based full-time job.
Your responsibility will include, but not be limited to, the following:
I. Solve customers’ issues and maintain the relationship with customers
II. Fully understand our products, and be able to bridge customers and product team
III. Optimize the customer service process
There are three interview rounds:
Round 1: 20 minutes online interview
We’ll focus on your background, personality, work experience, and career goal
Round 2: The skill test
We’ll send you a test if you pass the 1st round
Round 3: Final round
If you pass the skill test, you’ll be invited to the final round discussion.
