About Glossika 

Glossika’s mission is to enable anyone to learn any language in the world effectively. We do this through the careful curation of content, and we’re building a platform (called Viva) to serve as the creator hub that generates all of that learning content. Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Lead developers and designers to explore product ideas, discover new opportunities, and deliver new features
• Identify product trade-offs and make decisions with limited information
• Prioritize product requirements
• Write MRD/PRD documents
  

Interview Process

• Round 1: Initial Interview (30 minutes) - A quick session to assess your fit with our team and answer any questions about our company, products, and team culture. 
• Round 2: Assignment - Successful candidates from Round 1 will be given an assignment to showcase their skills. Progression to the next stage is based on the assignment's performance.  
• Round 3: Product Management Evaluation (45 minutes) - This round involves a comprehensive assessment of your product management capabilities and problem-solving skills through a discussion with our product manager.
• Round 4: Team Interaction and Compensation Conversation (45 minutes) - The final round includes meeting team members, followed by a discussion about your compensation package.

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• Experienced in managing iOS, Android, and web apps.
• Proficient in spoken and written English/Chinese.
• Attention to detail, highly self-driven, and results-oriented.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of effectively communicating complex ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and articulate product requirements clearly and concisely in both written documentation and verbal presentations.
• Experience in successfully launching new products/features.

• Experience in Scrum.
• Experience with learning foreign languages.
• Experience with subscription-based business models.
