About Glossika
Glossika’s mission is to enable anyone to learn any language in the world effectively. We do this through the careful curation of content, and we’re building a platform (called Viva) to serve as the creator hub that generates all of that learning content. The ecosystem is scalable and it has a huge potential to grow so come join us to shape the future of language learning!

Part-time Collaboration
While we are primarily seeking candidates for full-time positions, we understand that individuals may have varying availability. We welcome applicants who are interested in part-time opportunities to apply as well.
Responsibilities
- Build and optimize APIs and integrations
- Build and optimize language learning algorithms
- Compile and analyze data, processes, and codes to troubleshoot problems and identify areas for improvement.
- Design relational databases
- Build reusable code and libraries for future use
- Troubleshoot and fix issues between front-end and back-end development teams
Interview Process

Round 1: Initial Interview (30 minutes) - A quick session to assess your fit with our team and answer any questions about our company, products, and team culture.

Round 2: Assignment - Successful candidates from Round 1 will be given an assignment to showcase their skills. Progression to the next stage is based on the assignment's performance.

Round 3: Technical Interview (45 minutes) - A deep dive into your technical abilities and problem-solving skills through a discussion with our developers.

Round 4: Team Interaction and Compensation Conversation (45 minutes) - The final round includes meeting team members, followed by a discussion about your compensation package.
