工作內容

Green Future is a Greenpeace project aiming to engage with and inspire the young generation to learn more about climate change (and other environmental issues), and then to conserve our planet and to develop their leadership potential. We aim to develop an interactive online-and-offline program to work with high school students, providing practical experiences and adaptable courses. The purpose is to guide learners through a journey of stories about our climate and its global emergency. The program offers a series of learning materials that involves learners in a more engaging experience on climate issues.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead, manage, and oversee the successful implementation of the Green Future project.
  • Set and achieve annual project goals, ensuring effective communication with all relevant stakeholders.
  • Develop strategies to attract and engage more supporters, while enhancing the supporter experience.
  • Provide leadership within the Green Future team and maintain close coordination with the Engagement Team.
  • Website Maintenance and Enhancement: Lead the improvement of Green Future Academy’s e-learning tools for teachers and students, ensuring the platform’s quality and user growth.
  • Content Production: Oversee the creation of engaging and relevant educational content.
  • Educational Community Network: Maintain and expand our network of educators and students through effective communication and outreach.
  • Data Analysis: Use data to understand audience behavior and optimize engagement strategies.
  • Quality Events: Deliver impactful public events and presentations that resonate with schools and educational communities.
  • Project Management: Ensure strong performance across digital and offline engagement, community relationships, and collaborative workflows.

  • 專案管理:整合數位與實體行動,確保各項成果達標,並促進跨部門合作。

INTERVIEW PROCESS
As we receive a large number of applicants for our advertised vacancies, we are unable to respond to those applicants who have not been shortlisted and we apologize for this in advance. 

The shortlisted applicants will be invited to attend the first-round interview, and qualified applicants will receive an invitation for a second interview. An on-site task will be given in the second Interview. A decision will be made within 2 weeks of time after the interview. 
 

條件要求

Proven experience or familiarity with at least one of the following:

  • 5+ years working in climate change, environmental advocacy, or within the education system.
  • Strong cross-departmental coordination skills and experience leading collaborative projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of Taiwan’s educational system and community engagement dynamics.
  • Project management experience in education or environmental sectors.
  • Expertise in climate issues (e.g., climate emergency, net-zero, environmental campaigns).
  • Proven success in designing audience-centered engagement projects.
  • Strong data analysis skills and the ability to apply insights to real-world strategies.
  • Experience in building educational programs (online & offline).
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluent in both spoken and written Mandarin & English.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience managing both internal and external stakeholders.

  • 曾開發線上與線下教育課程。
  • 擁有優異的人際互動與溝通能力。
  • 具備流利的中英文溝通與書寫能力。
  • 具備良好的談判能力與利害關係人管理經驗。
