環境專案主任 Campaigner（氣候與能源組）

The Climate & Energy (hereinafter referred to as C&E) Campaigner is responsible for the development and implementation of effective and integrated campaign work to achieve Greenpeace's mission.

The post holder will work in a team composed of campaign, communications & multimedia, action, research, analytics, and fundraising and engagement staff. An effective decision requires an integrated approach and knowledge.

The post holder may be assigned to work on projects which involve other Greenpeace offices. The post holder is managed by the Program Manager or Project Manager. Judgment is exercised in leading and managing a project or an area of a project. Decisions made by the post holder significantly impact the success of the project. Discretion is exercised in handling confidential and sensitive information.

Job Responsibilities｜工作職責

• Conceptual Tasks, Strategy Development, and/or Project Management related to C&E
  氣候與能源組概念性工作、策略發展與／或專案管理
• Contribute to the development and implementation of effective and integrated C&E campaign plans, strategies, and tactics related to the overall vision, goals, and objectives of the organization.
  協助發展與執行氣候與能源倡議計畫、策略與行動方案，以呼應組織整體的願景、目標與宗旨。
• Analyze new developments in support of C&E campaign vision, goals, and objectives. Stay abreast of current and emerging developments relating to the C&E issues.
  分析新興發展趨勢，以支持氣候與能源組倡議的願景與目標；掌握與氣候與能源議題相關的最新動態與趨勢。

Implementation｜執行工作

• Actively represent Greenpeace in front of the business, scientific and government sectors, the environmental community at large and the media (traditional and new), to achieve campaign objectives and strengthen the profile and credibility of Greenpeace. Undertake reactive and proactive media work as required. Respond to public inquiries about campaign issues and other matters as needed.

• Conduct research and investigation in relation to the objectives and plans of campaign projects.
  執行與倡議計畫相關的研究與調查工作。
• Travel to other Greenpeace offices, campaign locations, or locations where related campaign issues require the presence of Greenpeace representatives.
  依需求出差前往其他綠色和平辦公室、倡議地點，或相關議題需要綠色和平出席的地點。
• Implement the assigned projects effectively by ensuring the project direction and strategy is clearly followed and executed. Collaborate with other team members effectively to deliver the project outcomes.
  依據專案方向與策略，有效執行分配之任務，並與團隊成員合作以達成專案成果。
• Perform the Ad hoc project when required.
  依需求執行臨時性專案。

Skills and Expertise Required｜所需技能與專業經驗
Proven track records or familiarity in at least one of the following 具備以下至少一項的實務經驗或熟悉程度：

• At least one core environmental issue that Greenpeace is campaigning for: climate & energy, toxics & pollution, food & agriculture, forest & ocean protection, etc.
  至少一項綠色和平目前倡議的核心環境議題：氣候與能源、有毒物質與污染、糧食與農業、森林與海洋保護等

• Familiarity in campaigning and/or non-profit operation, project management etc
  熟悉倡議工作、非營利組織運作或專案管理等相關領域
• Other proven professional experiences from the public policy, international relations, consulting, research, journalism, marketing sectors etc
  具備如公共政策、國際關係、顧問服務、研究、新聞、行銷等專業領域的經驗。
• Familiarity in the social, political and cultural context of one of the geographical jurisdictions that GPEA operates.
  熟悉綠色和平東亞分部所涵蓋地區之社會、政治與文化脈絡。

• 具有良好團隊合作能力
• 善於中英文書寫、口語表達等對外溝通能力
• 善於自我管理，面對變化及壓力能夠靈活變通
• 有能力在公眾的監督下、有效率的完成計畫
• 具好奇心及議題資訊敏略度
• 認同綠色和平的專案、原則及核心價值
• 具有環境保護相關工作經驗尤佳
