Business development team is highly responsible the growth of Haupcar. This roleis for experience business developer who can start forming strategic alliance and works with partners to deliver implementation plans and ensuring day to day collaboration between internal and external teams. The role requires a background in business development, sales and marketing strategy with some financial knowledge
• Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets
• Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing
• Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
• Planning and overseeing new strategic partnership
• Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
• Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays
• Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products
• Developing quotes and proposals
• Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person
• Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met
• Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills
Bachelor’s Degree or Higher in Business Administration or related field
• 3 years above experience in business and sales development, and forming strategic partnership
• Experience in business strategy and plan development
• Experience in evaluating financial data and internal company data
• Identify new business opportunities and prepare meetings
• Planning and preparing company presentation
• Effective communication and presentation skills in English
• Fluent in Chinese and English
• Excellent time management and organization
• TOEIC: 700 or above
