Responsibilities                                                       

  • Planning, development, implementation, administration, and budgeting of the following: Recruitment, Performance Management, Talent Management, Training & Development, Employee Relations, Organizational Development, and Compensation & Benefits
  • Advises the leadership team in personnel policy, making or recommending appropriate decisions in consistent with strategic direction
  • Oversees the recruitment management process: obtain and clarify requirements from hiring departments, talent pool building, recruitment channels selection, candidates screening, facilitates hiring managers selection process, provides advice on offers to candidates, onboarding and initial training arrangement for new hires
  • Drives the talent management process including job descriptions updates, competency evaluation, talent review, talent retention, succession planning, and leadership development programs
  • Facilitates the performance management process with line managers including goal setting, performance review, rewards or disciplinary actions recommendation and implementation
  • Drives personnel related strategic programs such as HR business planning and organization development programs
  • Plans and implement annual training plan, HR budget plan
  • Handles employee relations issues including employee handbook updates, employees compliant handling, change management and separation negotiations
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties or responsibilities as assigned

  • Strong communicator with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Excellent attention to detail, reliable and well organized with great time management skills
  • Ability to exercise discretion at all times is essential
  • Able to prioritize, work autonomously and manage time effectively
  • Strong knowledge of local labour regulations, HR operations and local recruitment specifics
  • Minimum 3 years HR related experience in software industry
  • Proven track record of handling confidential/sensitive information with grace and care
  • Fluent written and spoken English

  • Worked in a startup or tech company before (from size of 40 to 100)
