Content Planner, Growth Marketing

Responsibilities

Content plays an important role in inbound marketing. Hard Core Technology, a tech startup offering innovative solutions for the freight forwarding industry, is looking for a professional and passionate content planner to craft content generation that can boost user growth for the Freight Forwarding Software, GoFreight.

The ultimate goal is to boost lead generation and user growth, and the Product & Content Marketing Team is in charge of all types of content creation, making sure that the created content can drive the prospects into quality leads. The content strategy is based on target audience profiling and traffic analytics, and your writing proficiency in both English and Chinese is of great importance to the team. We will focus on content creation in the below categories.

• Official website

• Company blog & Medium

• Newsletter

• Knowledgebase

• LinkedIn

• Any other marketing materials

Basic requirements

• Bachelor degree in Journalism, English, PR, Marketing, Communications, or other applicable degrees
• Minimum of 3 years of working experience in content writing and editing.
• Familiar with writing website copy, brochure/flyer, newsletter, and press release.
• Passion for writing and storytelling
• Excellent command of the English and Chinese language, especially with proven written skills.
• Capable of analyzing the structure of a piece of content and reorganize it to improve structure, flow, and clarity.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to deliver results in a timely fashion without compromising quality.
• Familiar with SEO and keyword research on any SEO tools.
• You must hold an ARC or be eligible to work in Taiwan.

Preferred skills

• Basic understanding of HTML
• Capable of editing content on Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
