Responsibilities
-In charge of monthly invoice process and respond to customer emails.
-Responsible for AR collection and coordinate with Sales team to resolve difficult AR collection issues in addition to general AR collections. Overdue AR monitoring and management.
-Accounting: Maintain general ledger, including preparing journal entries, accounts analysis and reconciliation.
-Ad hoc support and projects

Requirements
-Currently enrolled in year 2 above of Bachelor's program or currently enrolled in a Master's program. Business School is preferred.
-An independent, self-motivated person and team player. Being analytical, detailed minded, meticulous, pro-active, and possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
-Available to work at least three days a week and at least six month to one year term.
