  • Deliver high quality features to meet our market needs
  • Lead, mentor and develop a distributed team of developers and engineers
  • Promote software development best practices
  • Drive cross-organizational initiatives for continuous improvement
  • Align team OKRs with organizational and GoFreight goals
  • Maintain high team morale, resolve personnel issues, and keep management informed
  • Resource allocation, identify bottlenecks and provide solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver top solutions
  • Monitor key productivity and performance metrics to improve team efficiency



  • Strong technical background in SaaS stack (Python, JavaScript, Cloud, RDBMS, CI/CD, Docker, K8s, Microservices, Business Intelligence etc.)
  • Able to hold your team accountable and deliver results
  • Proven ability to attract, motivate and retain great talent
  • Experience managing multiple scrum teams and priorities
  • Passion for technology and goal-setting using OKR framework
  • Ability to solve problems creatively and remain positive during challenging times
  • Effective communication and influence skills, calm under pressure
  • Demonstrated ability in change management and release processes, and project management
  • BA or BS in computer science, engineering or related discipline required
  • 8+ years of professional software development experience
  • 3+ years of professional experience managing software engineers or developers
