工作內容

1. Be a strong contributor to the unit managers and co-workers, provide HR subject matter expertise, process HR operations matters and ensure that the HR strategies are locally put in to practice in the most effective and efficient way in order to fulfill the purpose of the HR function.

2. Ensuring the appropriate HR processes and tools are implemented.

3. Contribute to the building of local business competence by supporting managers and co-workers in their efforts to improve according to agreed development plans.

4. Provide HR support and advice to co-workers and managers that helps building the pipeline of internal talent according to agreed succession plan.

條件要求

1. More than three years relevant HR experience.
2. Ability to communicate confidently and clearly with various audiences both verbally and in writing.
3. Good English skills in reading, witting and speaking.
4. Expertise:Strong interest in home furnishing, Knowledge about labor laws, documentation skills, analytical and numerical skills.

Lastly, being passionate about home furnishing is a plus as it shows that you understand the company's products and customers, and can contribute to creating a positive work environment that reflects the brand's image. Additionally, good English skills in reading, writing, and speaking would be beneficial as the company operates in a global market with diverse stakeholders.

薪資範圍

面議(經常性薪資達4萬元)
