Job Description
[What you will do]
- Lead the ML Team to build the core algorithms of the data products
- Survey papers and coach teammates to accelerate the AI feature development cycles
- Help both the business and engineering sides to evaluate technical feasibility and control stakeholders' expectation
- Collaborate with academic partners and industry partners to build advanced algorithms
- Compile and translate complex, theoretical, or analytics findings into an easily understood illustration
Requirement
[Qualifications]
- PhD in Computer Science or Statistics
- 5-10 years of experience leveraging various machine learning algorithms to solve real-world problems with a proven track record of driving business results.
- Excellent understanding of machine learning or statistical data analysis in theory and applications
- Strong collaboration skills with data analysts, data engineers, machine learning engineers to build production-level products
- Applied experience with handling and analyzing large-scale datasets for various industries and application scenarios
- Familiar with Python, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
- Experience with cloud services such as AWS or GCP
- Ability to establish and maintain internal and external professional networks
- Great presentation skills and academic paper writing
