Job Description
- Lead 5-10 team members in Order Review team and provide guidance to direct reports
- Establish and improve the model for automatic purchase order review mechanism by analyzing sales data and comprehensive programming knowledge
- Set purchasing strategy to control the product inventory and quality
- Review purchase order and adjust prices according to the pricing strategy
- Set clear priorities and goals for the team
- Evaluate team members’ performances and develop the talent of the team
- Constantly refine the current operation process by data analysis
Requirement
- At least 3 years of experiences as a manager
- Have skills in programming to construct a model
- Excellent in data analysis and streamlining processes
- Advanced programming languages skills
- Sensitive to e-commerce products and the market
- Good command of English
