Job Description
- Talent Acquisition: Work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and manage the recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by handling employee inquiries and concerns. Address and resolve issues in a fair and consistent manner.
- Performance Management: Support the performance review process, providing guidance to managers and employees on performance improvement plans and career development opportunities.
- Training and Development: Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Benefits and Compensation: Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and perks. Ensure competitive and fair compensation practices.
- HR Policies and Compliance: Maintain and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and industry standards.
- Employee Engagement: Plan and organize events and activities to promote team cohesion and boost morale within the company.
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and general HR functions.
- Strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to well-informed priority changes.
- Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive HR matters.
Preferred Qualifications
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM, HRCI).
- Experience working in a tech or startup environment.
- Fluency in English.
