工作內容
- Lead and manage the HR team, including HR Specialists and administrative staff.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives to ensure compliance with local labor laws and industry standards.
- Oversee talent acquisition, recruitment, and onboarding processes in collaboration with department heads.
- Manage employee relations, performance reviews, and career development programs.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and perks.
- Foster a positive work environment by addressing and resolving HR-related issues.
- Oversee office operations, facility management, and maintenance to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
- Implement health and safety protocols, including emergency procedures, to ensure employee well-being.
- Plan and organize events and activities to promote team cohesion and boost morale within the company.

- 5+ years of experience in HR roles, including 2+ years of leadership responsibilities.
- Strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in staying updated on talent market trends and effective recruitment strategies across various roles within a software company.
- Proficiency in HR and Office management software and tools.
