工作內容
- Category marketing specialist with sales skills. Coordinate with Account Managers to process deals and marketing requirement from Sellers to maximize Sales and optimize on site resources.
- Review and advise deals quality, process submission, track performance and feedback to AMs.
- Coaching on site SPA, Sponsor Product Ad, and Google PLA spend
- Provide AMs/ Sellers marketing suggest and local digital marketing trainings
- Familiar with digital marketing, GA, Adobe, SEO, Adwords program and campaign operation
- Detail oriented and agile in action, stay up to date with category trend, price strategy and dynamic campaign activities
- Measure and report performance of all vehicles, generate insights with proactive improvement plannings
條件要求
- At least 3 years experiences in ecommerce and digital marketing
- 2 years in BD/Sales experience
- Execute digital campaigns through central system submission; high efficiency in working with Excels, BI, GA, Adobe - Deep understanding of computer brands, Ecommerce operation and Ecommerce of U.S. market
- High working efficiency (need to hold over 5+ projects in the same time)
- Good presentation & coaching skills in digital marketing
- Have high EQ, good communication skills, team player and liability in planning and executing campaigns by projects
- Proficient in English, writing and speaking
- Certification of Google Ads is preferred.
