Job Description:

• Lead settlement execution from pre-sales through onboarding, integration, and service launch for each member.
• Enhance settlement workflows.
• Support regional product needs, including content dissemination, presentations, requirements communication, discussions, clarifications, and evaluations.
• Conduct training and knowledge transfer for new and existing products.
• Provide backup for settlement-related business operations.
• Conduct in-depth research on:

1. Acquiring-side payment flows (e.g., QR standards, offline merchant acceptance, POS, online checkout experience).
2. Issuing-side payment flows (e.g., user app functionality, UI/UX guidelines, core banking).
3. Regional payment trends, product innovations, and competitive landscape analysis.

• 3+ years of experience in fintech or banking product management.
• Strong expertise in fintech, particularly in mobile payments.
• Deep understanding of e-commerce and mobile-based payments, focusing on merchant acceptance and QR standards/integration.
• Knowledge of backend processes in online checkout; experience in core banking services, especially for e-wallet funding and account management, is highly preferred.
• Preferred payments experience includes:

1. QR-based mobile payments
2. Acquiring/Merchant services
3. Issuing/User services, including mobile app UI/UX
4. Core banking services related to e-wallet funding and account management

• Skilled in conducting thorough research and detailed analysis on payments products.
• Strong ability to balance strategy, execution, and operations.
• Self-motivated and able to excel in fast-paced, high-growth, and ambiguous environments.
• Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills.
• Strong business acumen, with the ability to navigate and influence within complex organizational structures.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
