We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of cross-border network launches, stablecoin integrations, and partner programs. This role requires strong program execution skills, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to coordinate between internal engineering/product teams and external partners (wallet issuers, acquirers, banks, stablecoin issuers, and regulators).
You will be responsible for ensuring these launches are delivered on time, on scope, and on budget, while maintaining the highest standards of system stability, compliance, and partner satisfaction.
Program Delivery & Execution
Plan, track, and deliver multi-country integration projects (wallet issuers, acquirers, stablecoin providers, merchants).
Manage full project lifecycle: scoping, resource allocation, risk management, execution, QA, and go-live.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation to ensure clarity, compliance, and knowledge transfer.
Deliver technical training sessions (including web-based API integration and sequence flow workshops) to partners and internal teams.
Monitor and provide assistance to resolve performance issues or incidents after go-live, ensuring network stability and partner satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with regulatory, FX, and data-security requirements in each market.
Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary coordination point between internal teams (engineering, product, business development, operations) and external partners.
Translate complex technical and business requirements into clear execution roadmaps.
Drive alignment between multiple stakeholders across geographies and time zones.
Quality & Stability Assurance
Oversee partner and network testing, system performance validation, and QA processes.
Establish SOPs for integration, incident handling, and post-launch monitoring.
Work with engineering teams to ensure regulatory-grade reliability and 24/7 availability.
Reporting & Communication
Provide regular updates to leadership and external stakeholders.
Prepare program dashboards, risk assessments, and post-launch reports.
Ensure transparency across delivery milestones and dependencies.
8+ years in project/program management in IT, telecom, or fintech sectors.
Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder integration projects (e.g., financial systems, payment gateways, blockchain, or enterprise IT).
Familiarity with cross-border payments, stablecoins, or tokenized assets is astrong plus.
Excellent project governance skills (scope, budget, timeline, risk).
Strong stakeholder management across business and technical teams.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks.
Comfort with blockchain, stablecoins, FX, and RWA tokenization concepts (preferred but trainable).
Strong problem-solving and "hands-on" mentality — ability to pivot quickly in high-growth environments.
Fluency in Mandarin and English; Japanese or Korean proficiency is a plus.
Best case: Someone who's PMP-certified AND has fintech/payments exposure
Equivalent program management certifications or demonstrable enterprise-grade program delivery experience are also acceptable.
