Oversee client onboarding and project implementation, ensuring seamless coordination and timely delivery within defined constraints.
【Core Responsibilities】
Formulate and maintain project execution plans, tracking key milestones and progress
Align internal teams to fulfill implementation goals for new customer onboarding
Ensure assigned projects are completed on schedule, within defined scope and cost
Prepare structured documentation and deliver product-related technical sessions, such as API and process flow guidance
Monitor post-deployment performance and coordinate support for issue resolution
Identify emerging market needs and propose relevant product enhancements
Manage communications among clients and internal stakeholders, including technical and business teams
Support additional initiatives or tasks as assigned by management
3+ years of experience in project management or a related role
Demonstrated ability to manage full-cycle projects from planning to delivery
Strong organizational and communication skills
Comfortable working across functional teams to achieve shared objectives
Proficiency in English communication, both written and spoken
Educational background in computer science, engineering, or related fields
Familiarity with software development concepts and web-based technologies
Proven ability to communicate effectively with both clients and internal stakeholders
