[Job Description]
- Responsible for create business opportunities in all-round travel/dining/lifestyle oversea products
- Identify trends and customer needs for both individual and corporate sectors, set up action plans in accordance with targets and deadline
- Prepare business proposal and presentation
- Support deal structure and pricing; negotiate price and content with the vendors
- Manage and retain relationships with existing and potential vendors and clients
- Closely communicate and work with different teams to achieve targets and enhance the business development process
- Prioritize additional tasks towards the business development/ sales related/ operational tasks
- Meet personal and team targets
- Provide timely feedback to line manager about performance, action plans and status, strategy planned
[Requirement]
- 5+ years experience in business development/ account management/ sales
- Fluent in Chinese, English; Japanese will be plus
- Ability to work effectively in fast pace, team-oriented environment
- Attention to detail
- Strong result-oriented with good communication and negotiation skill
- Strong understanding of market trends and have the action plans linked with the dynamic
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Team player with understanding different departments’ role and target
- Ability to travel
- A start-up attitude – roll-up-your-sleeves attitude that’s not afraid to work independently and as a team from the ground up when required.
