我們的客戶是全球知名的串流媒體平台，Editorial and Publishing (E&P) 部門負責社群互動的素材創意，我們的目標是引領、塑造和藉由觀眾們喜愛的內容以及尚未在社交媒體領域中被發現的內容來建立與觀眾間的對話，進而提升品牌的市場能見度。團隊結合了兩種不同的工作流程：Editorial（具有新聞性、透過社群洞察力來說故事）和Publishing（跨平台的整合）為的就是向我們的觀眾講述精彩的故事。

Editorial Illustrator & Designer(TW)

你會主要負責在我們不同的社群媒體平台中，設計創作有趣並附有娛樂性的插畫內容，運用你的插畫來傳達訊息故事和我們的粉絲溝通。

此外，你還將加入我們的社群設計團隊，通過各種不同創作形式來執行我們的社群素材內容。

你將在快節奏的創意環境中工作，在這種環境中，速度、團隊合作、對社群媒體內容的熱誠以及喜愛戲劇和電影的熱情是成功的關鍵因素。

工作內容

• 創作設計  擅長插畫，能創作各種插畫內容提供社群素材使用。

• 協助執行  透過結合平面設計與插畫來執行各種社群素材專案。

• 腦力激盪  對社群行銷敏銳度高，喜歡思考點子，能與我們一起腦力激盪各種社群專案。

• 快節奏高產量  做圖精準快速，在快節奏的社群環境中，每週能準時完成一定產量的插圖和設計素材。

• 展現創意 能向團隊充分展示表達你的創意想法和概念。

• 溝通  能有效地與專案經理與團隊製作人溝通每項專案的時程與優先順序。

Hello from Maker Lab! Grounded in a talent-centric mindset, Maker Lab is a marketing agency designed to deliver bespoke solutions at speed and at scale. Our APAC and EMEA based cross-functional teams support client projects with strategy, ideation and execution across social media, data analytics, events, paid media, content and CRM.

We're working with a leading entertainment client that is on a mission to connect audiences to the shows they love! We have a pan-regional editorial and creative team covering Singapore, Malaysia and Taiwan markets. This multi-skilled team will be made up of storytellers, editors, producers and writers-all of whom will be huge fans of entertainment, television and movies. This structure and team serve to tell great stories about entertainment, regardless of platform.

Our goal as a unified Editorial & Publishing (E&P) team is to promote the brand across owned, earned and paid media channels. The team combines two different workstreams: editorial (newsworthy, insight-driven storytelling) and publishing (programming and placement across channels ), across two different paces of work: day-to-day and long-lead planning, creating a mix of fast-breaking reactive, features and creative campaigns. There's a need for constant thrive to provide creative input across all areas. Ultimately, this is a fan and audience first function, so our decisions should be driven by where and what our fans are saying or thinking. 

As our Editorial Illustrator and Designer for the Taiwan market, you will be primarily responsible for creating entertaining illustrated content and executing social media content through various graphic design tasks across our client's social media channels. You'll be working in a fast-paced creative environment where speed, collaboration, a craving for social media content and a huge passion for series and movies are the key ingredients for success. This role suits someone who is passionate about local trends, art, design aesthetics, pop culture and everything that's got an edge!

This will be 6 months fixed term contract first, with a high possibility of extension and converting to permanent/full-time after that.

Role: 

• Create social media digital illustrations from sketch to polished execution.
• Contribute to the design coverage with the execution of editorial social media content through a combination of graphic design and illustration.
• Participate and engage in team brainstorms and discussions relating to our client's social media content across all social media channels.
• Deliver weekly editorial illustrations and designs in a fast-paced creative environment.
• Present ideas and concepts to the entire editorial team and project stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively with our producer and project manager to ensure asset prioritisation and delivery.
• Research constantly about the latest design and illustration trends in Taiwan and the rest of the world to ensure that our content is always relevant, original and innovative.
• Learn any potential new skills, tools and best practices in order to maximise the efficiency and productivity of your work.
• Adapt to the team's procedures and working style to become the team player that we need.
• Implement design guidelines, content licensing parameters and look and feel of our brand channel's brand identity.
• Watch a lot of series and movies. We are not advertisers-we are fans creating content for other fans. The more you watch, the more you will understand how the fans of our brand think

• 你認為你自己是插畫師也是平面設計師，並能流暢的使用 Adobe Creative Suite.

You:

• You have at least 3 years of working experience in design, media, or advertising.
• You are a hybrid illustrator and graphic designer, proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Your skills stretch across character illustration, typography, logo and layout design.
• You are already a social media content creator. 
• You understand what makes good social media content and have your own channel(s) to prove it. Send us the Instagram URLs! 
• You are on top of Taiwanese culture and are always in the know about Taiwanese news and trends.
• You can work collaboratively, you can take direction and accept constructive feedback and utilise it to make improvements.
• You are confident presenting and standing up for your ideas in front of other team members, clients and project stakeholders.
• You can accommodate any requested directions or modifications coming from team members or project stakeholders if needed.
• You are responsible, accountable and hyper-organized-we can trust that you will deliver your work efficiently on time.
• You are passionate about entertainment-you love watching shows and movies, no matter the genre or language.
• Ideally, bilingual-native Traditional Chinese and proficient in English. We are an international team so some team meetings occur in English.
