Conduct research and data analysis to segment and identify audiences, develop marketing plans and budget around this research
Drive digital, social, email and offline marketing efforts to accelerate new customer acquisition, lapsed customer reactivation, demand generation and customer engagement at individual restaurant level and Oddle Eats level
Plan and work closely with the team (content, performance, design) to execute campaigns to drive company KPIs
Develop content materials such as videos and EDMs, craft marketing messages
Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics
Monitor and track campaigns performance and optimise as needed
Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Marketing-related majors
At least 3 years experience in a results-driven digital marketing role in a fast-growth environment. Experience marketing agency or consumer-facing brands is preferable.
Entrepreneurial spirit who is self-driven, can create their own structure and get things done
Strong people skills, experienced in working with and able to influence and manage multiple internal and external stakeholders
Strongly passionate about leveraging on marketing to drive growth and make a meaningful impact on merchants' businesses
