Our Marketing team drives 3 pillars: Oddle B2B, Oddle Eats (consumer-facing platform) and Marketing-as-a-Service solution. If you are eager to make an impact at a fast-growing technology company in the F&B industry with your expertise and knowledge in the marketing field, come join us!

What you will do:

  • Work closely with Chief Marketing Officer and Taiwan General Manager to identify opportunities and develop marketing strategy for Oddle B2B, Oddle Eats and Oddle's restaurant partners
  • Identify consumer needs (via leading market research & data analysis) to identify & segment audiences, build insights around different customer segments/profiles
  • Work with the Media, PR & Social and Creative teams to drive digital, social, email & offline marketing efforts to accelerate new customer acquisition, lapsed customer reactivation, demand generation and customer engagement at individual restaurant level and Oddle Eats level
  • Lead development of strong campaigns/plans via relevant touchpoints to reach and engage the target consumers to drive sales and awareness
  • Plan and manage campaign budget & timelines, monitor and track campaigns performance as well as conduct post-campaign reviews
  • Work with the Key Account Managers to liaise on marketing proposal, communication and expectation management with restaurant partners throughout campaigns planning & execution
  • Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices

Who we're looking for

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related
  • 6-9 years experience as a results-driven brand owner or relevant role in a fast-growth environment
  • A storyteller, a business-minded individual who can communicate and write well
  • An entrepreneurial spirit who is self-driven, can create their own structure and get things done
  • A strong leader who is able to drive ideas & actions, and lead the team
  • Strong people skills, experience in working with and able to influence multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Strongly passionate about leveraging on marketing to drive growth and make a meaningful impact on merchants' businesses
  • Great sense of ownership and take pride in your work
  • Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels
  • Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
  • Critical thinker and with strong problem-solving and coordination skills
  • Integrated marketer with deep familiarity in CRM, customer segmentation and growth marketing
