【Core Responsibilities】
1. 陌生開發:開發新客戶,拓展現有市場
2. 發現潛在的餐飲合作夥伴,釐清他們的痛點,並呈現Oddle能為他們帶來的價值
3. 拜訪客戶與簽約,執行教育訓練與安排購物車在預期時間上線
4. 依專案需求跨部門協作溝通,製作提案簡報、文件,並管控專案進度
5. 確保產品設置滿足客戶需求,並與商家保持良好合作關係
6. 蒐集商家反饋,探查競爭對手的活動,並為產品開發團隊提供修改建議
【We are looking for…】
1. 3年以上的業務工作經驗,有餐飲、軟體Saas、電子商務行業經驗者優先
2. 具備中英雙語能力,能清晰表達自身想法
3. 優秀的說服與談判技巧,具備良好的商業頭腦
4. 良好的時間管理與積極主動的態度,能在快節奏的環境中快速成長
5. 具有團隊合作精神,願意與團隊成員分享知識和經驗
6. 擁有自己的交通工具以方便在需要的时候往来臺北和臺中,可自行安排工作進度,但需定期至公司回報或參與會議

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Specialist to join our Taiwan team as we're bringing Oddle's position in Taiwan to the next level. Join us in this high-growth journey and make a meaningful impact in the F&B scene.

You will bring potential F&B merchants onboard as Oddle's partners with our online & dine-in products. You will adopt the local sales strategies and manage the sales cycle from pitching to closing the deals, to grow and expand our restaurant's clientele in Taiwan.

You want to learn the in & out of the F&B tech industry in Taiwan, to leverage on or build your network with the humans of F&B. You care about the impact that you and the company can influence on restaurant partners that entrust their business to us.

What you will do

  • Generating new business opportunities to fuel your pipeline via various channels, be it cold-calling, email or visiting targeted restaurants
  • Discover F&B merchants' potential, identify their challenges and consult them on how Oddle can add value to their business with our range of online & dine-in products
  • Work closely with the Onboarding team in coordinating with merchants to get the merchants to go live within the expected timeline
  • Meet and exceed given weekly and monthly KPIs and targets
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clientele in the F&B industry
  • Develop in-depth knowledge and gain updates of key trends of the local F&B e-commerce industry
  • Gather merchant feedback, monitor competitor activities and provide recommendations for improvements to product development team

Who we're looking for

  • 3-4 years of field sales experience with a proven track record of consistent target achievement. Experience in F&B / F&B eCommerce industry will be advantageous.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbally, with the ability to negotiate and convince.
  • Solid persuasion and negotiation kill, with a sound business acumen
  • Strongly disciplined and sound time management skill
  • A self-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced and highly agile environment
  • An entrepreneurial spirit who is self-started, resourceful, able to drive actions and inspire people around you
  • Possess a great sense of ownership and take pride in your work
  • Good team player and willingness to share knowledge and experiences with team members
