Recruiter

We are looking for an in-house recruiter who has experience at a headhunting agency or as an in-house recruiter at a software company, with a focus on technical recruiting. Scale-up our team and products together thru active reaching out!

Responsibilities:

• To understand each function's needs and requirements for each open position by working closely with hiring managers and interview panel.
• Actively hunt down talent from various recruiting platforms and channels (e.g., LinkedIn, 104, Yourator, CakeResume, etc.) including in-person meetups and events
• Review resumes and coordinate with hiring leads to schedule and coordinate interviews
• Lead and support our in-house recruiting events - in creative or effective ways!
• This is a 1-year Contractor role, but the conversation is open if you are confident in your experiences and skills!

工作職責：　

• 了解團隊的招募需求及細項，能與招募單位頻繁互動與交流。
• 透過不同管道主動尋找適合的人才，包括各種招募平台及交流活動或社群 (Meetups, 技術交流會)
• 執行進行招募相關流程，包括履歷篩選、信件邀約、電話訪談及面試安排
• 帶領進行 In-House/ 線上 / 外部 的招募活動

Requirements:

• Passionate about recruiting, loves interacting with people, and curious about what they do and what drives them
• At least 2 years of experience at a recruitment consultant agency or in-house staff with a focus on technical recruiting

Interview Process

After you submit your application, the next steps are one or two video interview calls (with short written questions), followed by an onsite interview. Our interview process includes interesting exercises with our team members (e.g. pair programming, design brainstorming). Through this process, we hope you can get to know what it's like to work with us, and get to know our team and culture!
