About The Role

We’re looking for a skilled Workflow Automation Engineer to join our team and help drive operational efficiency through intelligent automation. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—particularly our Operations Team—to identify, implement, and scale AI-driven solutions that streamline workflows and reduce manual tasks. Your work will be key in bridging the gap between emerging technologies and real-world operational processes. 

What You'll Do

• Identify automation opportunities by analyzing existing workflows and processes.
• Develop and maintain automated workflows using appropriate scripting languages and automation tools.
• Monitor automated workflows for performance issues and troubleshoot as needed.
• Document automated processes comprehensively and provide necessary user training.
• Stay updated with the latest AI & automation trends and technologies; evaluate and recommend products and tools that can enhance our routine workflows.

Skills We Are Looking For

• Skilled in developing automation scripts (e.g. Zapier, n8n, TypeScript, Python, etc) and integrating third-party services and libraries.
• Passionate about AI and automation innovations and assessing various tools and platforms.
• Familiar with TypeScript or Python.
• Ability to convey technical concepts in a clear and relatable manner to non-technical members.

Nice-To-Haves

• 1–3 years of experience in workflow automation, process improvement, or related field. Preferably with a major in EE, CS, or IM, and experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Experience in building Bots, Agents, MCPs.
• Ability to build prototypes using LLMs or any model.

Note

• This role could be offered as a regular full-time position or a full-time contract position, depending on the outcome of the interview.
