You will be reported to People Operations and be responsible for 70% of office administration and 30% of shaping high engagement culture. Your main responsibility is to create inspiring spaces and innovative services that bring Pinkoi’s culture and values to life.

As an Office Manager, you'll build consistently outstanding workplace experiences that work at scale and align with Pinkoi CSR and core values. You'll design, implement, and manage Pinkoi’s workplace service offerings. You're comfortable in a fast-paced environment with the highest standards of excellence. You bring an analytical mind to constantly improve the efficiency and effectiveness of your projects, delivering innovative solutions to workplace operations.

Responsibilities

  1. Perform administrative tasks such as maintaining office service, facilities and ordering office supplies (food, stationary, business card), managing calendars, booking travel, answering phone calls and office budget.
  2. Provide facility service operations including new office builds and fast-paced expansions, capacity and space planning, and implementation of new processes and procedures.
  3. Provide an exceptional customer service experience, being the face of workplace services, partnering with Pinkoist to deeply understand needs and deliver the right solutions, while acting as a trusted partner.
  4. Improve and define office management processes and procedures, with little or no guidance and develops initiatives related to company culture and employee wellness.
  5. Implement critical safety procedures, including establishing evacuation plans, running drills, and setting up building security.

條件要求

Essential

  1. At least 2 years of experience of exceptional and practical customer service of office management for team scale more than 100 employees, or Employee Relations function preferred.
  2. You're a creative, organized customer service specialist, who takes pride in seeing things run smoothly and efficiently.
  3. You are experienced in developing and managing budgets with financial, contract management, and purchasing skills.
  4. You are an effective communicator, flexible and adaptable, who is comfortable taking on complex projects and multiple priorities, with a diverse set of stakeholders.
  5. You can think 'out of the box' and bring creative, nonstandard, and innovative solutions to the table to scale effective workplace that aligns with Pinkoi CSR and core values.

Highly desirable

  1. Solid work experience in a startup environment, or global co-working space for office services management or solution is preferred.
  2. Possess “Certificate of Class 1 Manger of Occupational Safety and Health Affairs” (甲種職業安全衛生業務主管證照)is preferred.

薪資範圍

面議(經常性薪資達4萬元)
