Pinkoi is looking for a skilled Localization Specialist with expertise in English language localization. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our products and content resonate effectively with the local audience, reflecting cultural nuances and preferences.

What You’ll be Doing
・Content Localization:
1. Localize product content, marketing materials, and user interfaces from a global perspective to fit the linguistic and cultural expectations of English-speaking audiences.

・Quality Assurance:
1. Conduct thorough linguistic and functional testing to ensure the accuracy and appropriateness of the localized content.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve localization-related issues.

・Product Understanding & Cultural Adaptation:
1. Stay updated on cultural trends, language evolution, and regional preferences in the English market.
2. Provide insights to the team on how to adapt content to align with local sensitivities.
Collaborate with product teams to acquire in-depth knowledge necessary for accurate and culturally appropriate content adaptation.

・Collaboration:
1. Work closely with the product teams, translators, content creators, and other stakeholders to streamline the localization process.
2. Provide guidance on best practices for English content localization.

・AI Tools Exploration:
1. Demonstrate openness to trying and exploring AI tools for localization purposes.
2. Collaborate with the technology team to integrate AI solutions into the localization workflow for enhanced efficiency.

・Documentation:
1. Maintain documentation of localization processes, style guides, and linguistic resources.
2. Ensure consistency in tone, style, and terminology across all localized materials.

條件要求

What We Expect About You
1. Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Translation, Localization, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in English content localization, with a focus on the American and Canadian markets.
3. Excellent command of English with a deep understanding of linguistic and cultural nuances.
4. Familiarity with localization tools and processes.
5. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
