Technology Initiatives:

  • Build on AWS and the latest Cloud Native technologies, such as IaaC, API Gateway, Kubernetes, ArgoCD and gitops.
  • Be involved in key architectural decisions, such as: microservices vs. serverless; Java vs. Typescript vs. Python.
  • Participate in open source projects and evaluations on commercial SaaS.
  • Research cutting-edge technology on open data API, linked data, and scaling the knowledge graph to solve real-world problems.
  • Build integration platform connecting to third-party systems, ranging from government offices to other enterprise applications.
  • Design highly scalable event-driven architecture using event sourcing, event stream and workflow engine.
  • Take total ownership of software lifecycle from design to test automation to release and operation.

Cassindy Chao Co-Founder and Operations

Cassindy is a former investment banker and restructuring professional. She received her B.A. from Wellesley College in Massachusetts and was selected to be a Marshall Memorial Fellow. After graduation, she began a full-time finance career with Bear Stearns in New York, before moving to Hong Kong to join JP Morgan and eventually becoming an executive director at Goldman Sachs where she was part of the founding China teams. She has extensive experience in corporate restructuring, wind-down, and asset liquidation. She previously co-founded and led business development efforts for a MEMS device company that had revenue in excess of $40M. She has wound down numerous tech companies both big and small.

Neil Peretz Co-Founder and Legal

Neil Peretz is an attorney and serial entrepreneur. He previously founded Contract Wrangler, which helps large and fast growing companies ensure that they maximize the value of their business relationships. And he co-founded PocketMail Group, the first ever mass-market mobile email service. He has also been a financial services regulator at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and SEC, as well as a Trial Attorney at the U.S. Department of Justice and General Counsel at multiple financial services companies. He holds an LLM from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, where he was a Fulbright scholar and head of his class, a JD from the UCLA School of Law, Bachelors and Masters degrees from Tufts University, and was ABD at the George Mason University School of Public Policy, where his dissertation research focused on securities laws. Neil is a licensed member of the California State Bar and the U.S. Supreme Court bar, as well as a licensed solicitor of England and Wales and Ireland. He is also licensed as a Foreign Legal Affairs Attorney in Taiwan and a Certified Information Privacy Professional.

Manchi Leung Engineering

Manchi has over 20 years of experience in software development and management. Manchi recently served as Senior Vice President of Engineering in Central Group—the largest retailer in Thailand—leading 150 engineers in their Bangkok and Ho Chi Minh offices. Prior to Central Group, he had been working as Head of Engineering role in Digital River driving agile transformation and building large scale e-commerce. Manchi started his career as a Java consultant and certified as enterprise architect in Sun Microsystems. During his leisure time, he is passionate about culinary arts and social justice issues in developing countries.

Dana Sundblad Marketing

Dana began her career in consumer brand marketing at The Clorox Company. Over the last 20 years she has held executive marketing and communications positions at companies including 2 venture backed startups with sale (Rapt, acquired by Microsoft) and public offering (Model N) exits. She has helped companies in the consumer, technology, and non-profit (education and arts) industries achieve awareness, sales, and financial goals. She holds a BA from Wellesley College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

美商博思法科技股份有限公司（Proxifile Inc.）是全球首家以雲端技術協助企業與個人進行資產追償的新創科技公司，總部位於美國加州，由來自摩根大通和高盛的資深投資銀行人士Cassindy Chao於2020年創立；另一位創辦人Neil Peretz為律師兼企業家，曾任美國消費者金融保護局和司法部的律師。2021年6月，Proxifile於台北成立研發中心，8月完成台灣分公司設立，由在台灣、新加坡、泰國累積超過20年豐富雲端技術開發經驗的梁文智擔任資深研發副總，帶領團隊研發Proxifile的新一代AI平台。
