Responsibilities:
Responsible for applications design, analysis, implementation, testing, deployment, maintenance, upgrade and documentation of Android Applications
Work closely with other teams to understand their needs and develop a solution to fulfill it
Keep up-to-date on the latest mobile application developments and technology and participate in R&D with prototyping
Manage risk and change with an agile approach
Qualifications:
2+ Year hands on experience on Android development
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle
Mandatory: Solid experience in developing mobile app with Java or Kotlin
Bonus: Experience in developing App with Flutter or React Native
Experience on Google Drive integration
Strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes
Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
Knowledge of the open-source Android ecosystem and the libraries available for common tasks
Good analytical and problem solving skills, self-motivated, able to work individually and in a team
Understanding of Google’s Android design principles and interface guidelines
Knowledge of Test-Driven Development principles and tools for Android
Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications
Adapt at learning new technologies quickly
