Rosetta.ai helps fashion e-commerce uncover consumers' shopping preferences and provide personalized shopping experiences to consumers. We're making e-commerce merchants have enterprise-level AI backup on day 1.

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Digital Marketing Manager to develop and execute our digital marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in creating and implementing digital marketing campaigns, as well as a deep understanding of the latest digital marketing trends and techniques. As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for creating, executing, and managing campaigns across a range of digital channels.

       

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute our digital marketing strategy to drive website traffic, increase brand awareness, and generate leads
  • Plan, create, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to social media, email marketing, SEO, PPC, and display advertising
  • Manage and optimize our digital marketing budget to maximize ROI
  • Collaborate with the content marketing team to develop compelling content for our digital channels
  • Analyze and report on the performance of our digital marketing campaigns, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and techniques, and ensure our digital marketing strategy is always current

[Minimum Qualifications]

BACKGROUND & SKILLS:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and display advertising
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions
  • Experience in managing and optimizing digital marketing budgets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
WORKING STYLE:
  • Highly motivated and entrepreneurial.
  • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
