ShopBack partners with over 3,000 merchants including Taobao, Expedia, Shopee, ZALORA to reward its users with cashback across a wide range of categories including general merchandise, travel bookings, fashion, health and beauty, groceries, and food delivery. Growth Marketing manager will be responsible for designing, executing and monitoring all the marketing activities for ShopBack In-store (grocery / CPG products). S/he will be responsible for marketing activities from inorganic users acquisition through partnership to campaign management and optimization, ultimately growing a highly engaged user base at an ambitious pace. 

[Responsibilities]

  • Responsible for developing, planning and executing growth marketing strategy to drive users acquisition and improve conversion and repeat rates, ultimately accountable for marketing KPIs
  • Partnership management: In close partnership with commercial to build and maintain relationships with offline partners for users acquisition 
  • End to end campaign management: Create, manage and evaluate effective and impactful marketing campaigns, and ensure all campaigns are grounded in data-driven insights
  • Cross functional collaboration: effectively collaborate with teams across the business, local & region, and functions including e.g., commercial, operation, product, design and engineering
  • Measure and monitor the impact and effectiveness of all marketing activities and campaign and build recommendations for improvement
  • Conduct industry benchmarks and competitive research to influence decision-making and planning

[Requirements]

  • 5-7 years marketing experience leading successful 360 marketing campaigns covering the entire consumer funnel throughout the line, ideally in food delivery 
  • A self-starter who is comfortable with constant change and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail oriented executor
  • Proven track record in making things happen especially from zero - delivering results quickly and efficiently
  • A creative problem solver who can think things through analytically
  • A proactive, can-do attitude, full of great ideas and able to get stuff done autonomously
  • Great communication skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
