工作內容

As a Product Manager of Snapask, you will be responsible for leading product decisions and execution of the product roadmap. You will be driving to expand to markets aggressively therefore we are looking for talents with an objective-oriented mindset who can deliver results with absolute efficiency.

You will partner with a high-performing cross-functional team as well as counterparts from outside of the company to meet shared objectives and key results.

Your day-to-day work involves heavily with iOS/Android/Backend/Web developers, researchers, designers and business stakeholders.


### What you are expected to do

- Derive from company vision and OKRs, drive decisions on product roadmap, success metrics, product specifications, experiment and research plans, UI/UX wireframe, sprint planning, coordination and execution, and to work with business team to formulate product roll-out strategy.
- Multiple successful product launches under your belt, shipping features across various platforms (iOS, Android, and Web).
- Effective at collaborating with cross-functional operations stakeholders to align objectives and execution and drive support for new ideas, products, and process.
- Work directly with CEO to formulate business and product strategy.

### Requirement

- 2+ years product management related working experience.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese. (Cantonese or a third language is a plus)
- Familiar with SCRUM, App / Web development process.
- Passionate about building products to people all over the world by tailoring to their needs.
- Strong project management skills.
- Be able to work independently and manage your time efficiently.
- Good track record of interfacing between external and internal stakeholders. (with developers mostly, but also with localization experts, and UX designers)
- Be a good communicator who can talk through challenges to find the best (less cost & effort) solution in an efficient manner.

- Past working experience in startups.
- Good with data analysis to uncover areas of improvements.
- Familiar with A/B Testing.

薪資範圍

NT$ 700,000 - 1,400,000 (年薪)
