我們希望你：
你在專案管理方面至少有2年以上的工作經驗
是電腦達人，習慣使用電腦線上工作
有使用電商相關軟體的經驗，譬如Slack, Google Drive, Asana, Shopify, Klaviyo等
主要職責 - 專案管理
你的職責包含：
全面瞭解電商公司的營運
協助產品發表
協助各類銷售活動
協助產品照片與影片拍攝
管理與更新SOPs
會議流程及內容優化
規劃並管理日曆、行程表、產品規劃
次要職責 - 行政管理
預定機票、飯店以及其他出差相關事務
規劃公司內部活動
協助改善公司的人資服務

Your primary responsibility is project management for an eCommerce company with 15+ employees (locally in Taipei as well as online).
Your secondary responsibilities include administrative tasks in the office and supporting team leads with their professional and personal schedules.
We prefer someone:
With a minimum of 2 years of experience in project management.
Who is tech-savvy and comfortable with online work.
Who has experience with common eCommerce tools such as Slack, Google Drive, Asana, Shopify, Klaviyo, etc.
Primary Responsibility - Project Management
Your responsibilities include:
Develop a comprehensive understanding of an eCommerce business.
Coordinate product launches.
Coordinate sales and holiday campaigns.
Coordinate photo and video shoots.
Maintain and develop standard operating procedures.
Streamline meetings.
Plan and manage calendars, schedules, roadmap.
Secondary Responsibility - Admin Support
Booking flights, hotels, and other travel-related needs.
Organizing team social events and gatherings.
Improving HR experience for the team.
