職責:

 

主要的工作內容為協助Vansburg的兩位主管規劃工作時程,讓他們工作上及私人生活上都更輕鬆。

 

其餘時間則是處理辦公室行政庶務,協助其他公司成員。

 

若是有至少兩年以上的執行與管理經驗尤佳。

 

此外,你必須要能每週工作5.5天,但是你不會隨時都有業務要處理,並且對於工作地點的選擇你享有相當的自由。

 

當我們需要你的協助時,希望你能在兩個小時之內回應。



 

協助主管

你會協助主管規劃工作時程,工作內容包括但不限於以下:

  • 訂機票、住宿與其餘出差相關業務

  • 管理行程、會議、通話

  • 規劃週末的社交活動與聚會

  • 協助掌管工作與私人關係

  • 配合美國不同的時區與客戶或是合作夥伴通話聯絡

  • 修正與設計簡報

  • 負責金錢管理與基本會計程序

  • 製作SOP

  • 在無指導或少指導的情況下也能解決問題

  • 迅速的回應

 

協助公司團隊

  • 規劃公司內部活動、派對與員工旅遊

  • 確保辦公室平穩的運轉,需要時協助訂購公司用品

  • 需要時協助專案管理

Your Responsibilities:

 

Your primary responsibility is to assist 2 executives at Vansburg, and help make both their professional and personal lives easier.

 

The remaining time will be spent on administrative tasks in the office that supports the rest of the team.

 

We prefer someone with a minimum of 2 years of executive experience.

 

As well, someone who is flexible to work 5.5 days per week. You won’t always have tasks to do, and you will also enjoy significant freedom in terms of your work location.

 

However, when we need your support, we expect a response within 2 hours maximum.

 

Executive Assistance

You’ll be helping the executive team with both professional and personal tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Booking flights, hotels, and other travel-related tasks.

  • Managing calendars, meetings, calls.

  • Organizing weekend social events and gatherings.

  • Managing business and personal relationships.

  • Making international calls to the USA in different timezones.

  • Improving and styling presentations.

  • Managing money and basic accounting procedures.

  • Creating standard operating procedures.

  • Solving problems with minimal or no guidance.

  • Responding quickly.

 

Team Assistance

  • Planning office events, parties, and retreats for the team.

  • Ensure the office is running smoothly, ordering supplies as needed.

  • Project management when needed.

你主要的工作是協助主管,讓他們能更輕鬆,而不是替他們製造更多麻煩。方法之一是你能夠自行解決問題,有些任務可能沒有非常清楚的指示,所以你要能夠找出完成目標的最好方式。

我們需要一位具同理心與情商的人,能夠適應主管的工作方式,而非反之。

 

主動且願意承擔責任的人

Your English must be at a business level. In the office, we speak English. All communications with our executives and team will be in English.

Training and resources will be provided in your journey, but ultimately we’re looking for someone who can take on a project and get things DONE. We need someone who is resourceful, goal-driven, creative, persistent, and can accomplish objectives without much hand-holding.

This position can be demanding, with multiple responsibilities and tight deadlines. We’re looking for someone who can handle the pressure, and manage the stress, without crumbling.

Your focus is to help run the executives’ lives easier, not to create more problems for them. A great way to do that is to solve problems yourself. Not all of your tasks and responsibilities will have clear guidance, so you’ll need to figure out the best way to accomplish the objective.

薪資範圍
