工作內容

PR Manager in Vpon:
*Global work environment, work with talents in APAC and broaden the global vision.

*Have the opportunity to develop and implement policies, procedures, and workflows of the international public relations plans.

1. Plan and manage a full spectrum of corporate communications initiatives, including but not limited to corporate events, partnership and collaboration with media organisations and trade associations, etc., to advocate and advance corporate reputation.

2. Cultivate long-term relationships with external stakeholders, including key media, industry influencers, the government and associations to optimally position in a positive image.

3. Media pitching to secure opportunities for media interviews or media appearances in key broadcast media or publications

4. Develop corporate messaging in the form of press releases, media statements, executive speeches, talking points, as well as the development of presentation materials for senior management

5. Support stakeholders at external and internal events, media interviews etc. by coordinating with other departments (when needed) on logistics, approvals needed etc

6. Handle external inquiries in consultation with the business units and recommend the best course of action and corresponding messages

7. Able to adopt a hands-on approach for incoming requests and systematically record and share with team members for next course of action

8. May need to manage company’s digital and social media communication channels, such as website, LinkedIn, FB, etc.

條件要求

1. Degree holder in Communications, Public Relations, Language or related disciplines with 5 years of proven working experience for B2B sector, either in-house or at PR agencies

2. Well understand local media landscape and have solid network with financial, business and technology media is definitely a BIG plus

3. Nuanced understanding of the operations of corporate communications, especially in corporate advocacy, event management and external relations

4. Proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin is a must, working knowledge of Japanese is an added advantage

5. All-rounded interpersonal and communications skills

6. Proactive, entrepreneurial, creative, resourceful, detail-oriented and strong at multi-tasking with good project management skills

7. Result-oriented, team player and detail-minded

8. Able to work in a fast-paced environment, under tight and multiple deadlines
